AppraiserEdge.Com Listing Agreement

For the purpose of this Agreement A&M Consulting and AppraiserEdge.com are to be one in the same. By apply for advertising space on the web pages of AppraiserEdge.Com I understand that I am bound by the terms of this agreement, in it's present form, and that I will continue to be bound by this agreement as it may be changed or edited in the future. If this agreement is changed or edited in the future, all companies listed within the site will be notified of said changes via email.

Rights for all information, graphics and software contained on this site are covered under the copyright laws of the United States. Subscription to, or use of, this site does not covey any privilege or right to use any information, graphics or software contained on this site, other than the information needed to contact a listing Real Estate Appraiser for the purpose of ordering an appraisal. Reproduction or use of the graphics from this site, in any form, is prohibited.

AppraiserEdge.com, its owners and/or employees, assume no liability for errors or omissions occurring on this site. All problems, when reported to AppraiserEdge.com by E-Mail at support@appraiseredge.com, will be corrected as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your name and company name with any correspondence.

AppraiserEdge.com, its owners or employees, assume no liability for any correspondence received or orders placed through this site, and assume no responsibility for production of any appraisal ordered, collection of any payments due or amount owed, to any party as a result of being listed on, or use of, this site.

AppraiserEdge.com, its owners or employees, assume no liability from your use, or inability to use, AppraiserEdge.com and assumes no responsibility for any loss of business or other damages for any reason including, but not be limited to acts of war or terrorism, computer virus, denial of service attacks, and acts of God.

Information placed on the site by real estate appraisers, or others using any section of this site to advertise, may be governed by various state and federal laws, as well as rules and regulations of state and federal licensing bodies. It is the responsibility of the listing advertiser to conform to and maintain all requirements in respect to any licensees required, designations used, or claims or abilities stated. AppraiserEdge.com, its owners or employees, assume no liability for any misrepresentation by any listing agent and reserve the right to remove, edit or change any listing that is found to be in violation.

AppraiserEdge.com reserves the following Rights:

A. to edit all information for appearance and conformity with site restrictions, as determined to be necessary by AppraiserEdge.com

B. to reject, in Whole or Part, Any Application if said application's intent is not related directly to the appraisal of Real Estate.

C. to remove, from any county, the listing of any appraiser or company that continually refuses to accept appraisal orders for that county. (Exception is made if appraiser states, in their Text Section, that service is provided for part of the county.)

D. At the end of any subscription period, to remove and not renew the listing of any appraiser or company that:

a. Acts in a manner that is detrimental to AppraiserEdge.com.

b. Receives continued complaints regarding the performance of appraisal work received through AppraiserEdge.com.

c. Fails to respond to a request from AppraiserEdge.com for information regarding a complaint.

d. Fails to correct a problem resulting from a complaint filed with AppraiserEdge.com.

E. Removal of listings, from AppraiserEdge.com for listing of false information.

F. Removal of listings and/or links, from AppraiserEdge.com for unauthorized use of any graphics, information or software from this site, in any form, by companies listed on AppraiserEdge.com.

G. Continued/Repeated Violations of Section D, Parts a-e, may result in Immediate Removal.

I understand that in order to advertise on these pages,

I must be, and certify that I presently am, a licensed* or certified* appraiser in good standing in the state(s) in which I advertise.

(* For the purposes of this contract, Licensed/Certified indicates that I am not required to have any other appraiser co-sign my reports and are presently, or are eligible to be, listed on the National Appraisal Subcommittee's list of Federally Approved appraisers. ( http://www.asc.gov)

That I normally accept appraisal orders in the counties in which I have applied for a listing.

Should representatives of AppraiserEdge.com discover that this is not the case, and upon verification of that information and notification of the advertiser, all advertisements for me will be removed, and no refund will be issued. Should the undersigned notify AppraiserEdge.com of said problem before any other notification is received, all advertisements will be terminated but a credit will be issued toward future advertising.

AppraiserEdge.com is currently free to list for all licensed real estate appraisers in good standing with their state specific appraisal board and the National Appraisal Subcommittee. If and when AppraiserEdge.com becomes a subscription based service, all companies will be notified, either by email, telephone or both, of when such change may take effect and be given an opportunity to remain listed for a fee yet to be determined or to have their listing deactivated and removed.

Please be advised by posting your company and contact information you may receive solicitations from companies attempting to sell products or services. AppraiserEdge.com prohibits this action in its Terms of Use but cannot guarantee that solicitations will not occur. By accepting this user agreement and placing an ad/listing on this site you agree to receive the AppraiserEdge.com newsletter via email. Please be advised that reporting the receipt of such email newsletter as Spam will result in your listing being deactivated and your company being permanently banned from the pages of AppraiserEdge.com.

AppraiserEdge.com makes no claims or guarantees that appraisal orders will result from your listing on the web pages of this site. AppraiserEdge.com only promises that your company will receive additional exposure by placing an ad on the web pages of AppraiserEdge.com.

Please be advised that websites included in any of the AppraiserEdge.com resource areas (outgoing links) are in not affiliated with AppraiserEdge.com. As such, AppraiserEdge.com makes no claims and will not be held liable for any damages resulting from any business relationship or purchase made from said websites. If a website that is being linked to from AppraiserEdge.com is found to be unethical in business practices, AppraiserEdge.com will remove said link from its resource pages upon notification from the complainant and independent investigation. All claims of unethical business practices from any websites on our resource pages are to be sent to complaints@appraiseredge.com .

All technical support issues are to be sent to support@appraiseredge.com including requests for lost passwords.

The laws of the State of New York shall govern all disputes arising from this agreement and any lawsuit arising out of this agreement shall be filed exclusively in the District or County Courts of Queens, City and or State of New York.
