AGA OPEIU AFL-CIO
The American Federation of Labor chartered the Office and Professional Employees International Union in 1945. At the time of its founding, the membership of the Union numbered 22,000.  The Union now counts 145,000 members and is one of the larger unions in the AFL-CIO.

Appraisal Institute
The Appraisal Institute is an international membership association of professional real estate appraisers, with more than 18,000 members and 99 chapters throughout the United States, Canada and abroad. Its mission is to support and advance its members as the choice for real estate solutions and uphold professional credentials, standards of professional practice and ethics consistent with the public good

Environmental Assessment Association
An international organization dedicated to providing members with information and education in the Real Estate Industry in respect to Environmental Inspections, Testing and Hazardous Material Removal. EAA represents over 5,000 Environmental Professionals who provide services to a wide variety of clients including lenders, federal and state agencies, private companies and many others.

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC): Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines.

Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers (FREA)
With over 8,000 members, FREA is the largest professional organization for appraisers and home inspectors in the country. FREA provides E&O insurance, education and other benefits to its members.

International Valuation Standards Committee
The principal IVSC objective is to formulate and publish, in the public interest, valuation standards and procedural guidance for the valuation of assets for use in financial statements, and to promote their worldwide acceptance and observance.

Intl Assoc of Assessing Officers
The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) is an educational and research association of individuals in the assessment profession and others with an interest in property taxation. Membership is open to anyone, and includes individuals working in government, private industry, academia and members of the general public.

Manufactured Home Institute
MHI is the national trade organization representing all segments of the factory-built housing industry. MHI serves its membership by providing industry research, promotion, education and government relations programs, and by building and facilitating consensus within the industry.

National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers
NAIFA is all about being in a professional family of appraisers from its candidate members up through the ranks to their national officers. NAIFA's Officials and National's staff members are committed to serving their membership in a professional and courteous manner.

National Association of Homebuilders
NAHB is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.

National Association of Master Appraisers
The National Association of Master Appraisers was organized in 1982 and quickly grew to become one of the major real estate appraisal associations in the United States. NAMA members come from many backgrounds and fields of expertise. Among the ranks of NAMA members are residential, commercial and farm and land appraisers.

National Association of Real Estate Appraisers
The National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NAREA) is a Professional Organization founded in 1966, making available highly qualified Real Estate Appraisers to those requiring Professional Appraisal Reports. NAREA is one of the largest Professional Associations in the United States, with more members in more cities than any other organization.

National Association of Review Appraisers
Established in 1975, the National Association of Review Appraisers & Mortgage Underwriters (NARA/MU) is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining professional standards and promoting ongoing education in the fields of Appraisal Review and Mortgage Underwriting.

The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers
The basic objective of the ASFMRA is to create and maintain a professionally trained group of farm managers, rural appraisers, review appraisers and accredited agricultural consultants capable of providing expert guidance and assistance to farmland owners, farmers, and other groups which have care taking responsibilities for farm lands and rural properties.
